Digital Design Group Head

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Digital Designer who wants to exploit the creative potentials and unleash the design ability in creating world-class digital experiences. We value creativity, professionalism and top quality work. Our environment is casual and energetic.

What we’re looking for:

• A team leader who can conceptualize core ideas and transform them into design execution.
• Providing design leadership and taking overall accountability for a successful design on all projects.
• Manage subordinate web designers to ensure that design solutions are properly executed, and reviews all designs for quality assurance
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design SCOPE-OF-WORK
• Always on the a look out for ways to enhance the experience through design and technology
• Report to Director of Design and Technology on a regular basis

Skill & Qualification:

• 6+ years experience in digital design (web, app, etc.)
• Expert level of design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, usability and information design including sitemap and wireframe
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS
• Good command of English
