Resource Productivity Planner

Our subsidiary companies provide branding, strategic planning, media planning, creative, advertising design, TV commercial, in-store communication, direct and promotional marketing and digital and interactive communication services to clients throughout Asia Pacific region in various industries.
In essence, the Resource Productivity Officer acts as a central hub for resource management, ensuring that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
Resources Productivity Officer Core Responsibilities:
- Resource Allocation and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement weekly work schedules that optimize the use of all available human resources
- Assign tasks to specific resources based on their man-hour classification, workload/availability, and the priority of the task.
- Ensure that schedules are realistic and achievable, considering factors such as workload, deadlines, and resource constraints.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the account planning team and project managers to ensure that resources are aligned with project goals.
- Address any scheduling conflicts or resource availability issues.
- Workflow Centralisation and Optimization
- Collect and update with all the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for Service Products from all productive resource teams
- Develop standard workflow in Asana to streamline the scheduling process.
- On-going optimize for best practice process and make suggestions for management tools optimization
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide all resources calendar a month ahead (minimum two-weeks)
- Monitor the progress of tasks and track resource utilization against planned schedules.
- Generate reports on resource productivity and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide reports on the effects of scheduling changes.

- Planning and Organization: Strong ability to create and manage complex schedules.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of the Business: Understanding of the organization's operations and resource requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related).
- Experience: Project management/resource planning; marketing agency experience a plus.
- Skills:
- Fluent Thai, strong English.
- Asana/project management software proficiency.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with marketing agency work culture.
